This was the most outstanding restaurant. The best place to go with your children and with friends. Which is just what we did. Our waitress was off the charts amazing. The food was incredible. You should see the milkshakes. I challenge you to find milkshakes like these anywhere else. And an extra bonus for me, a breast cancer survivor, was seeing the wait staff wearing face masks with the pink breast cancer ribbon on it. That made me feel special. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Very classy dining experience located next to the game room at Dover Downs. Dining Room is nice and upscale, dress attire is formal even though some customers were sloppy. Food is good but prices are high.

If you stay at the hotel I don’t recommend leaving anything of value in your room. Poof it will go missing! Very disappointed that someone (an employee) took property that didn’t belong to them. If they had asked me I would have happily given it to them!
Horrible experience. This will be the last of many trips here, which is sad. Rooms are overpriced, Casino restaurants still aren't fully open, we were refused dinner service because we had 8 people in our party but were welcome to call in for take out to eat in the hotel lobby. Asked to pull up my mask repeatedly because I pulled it down to take a sip of my ONE drink I was able to stand in a single line for. Just very disappointed.

Sugar Factory, Dover Downs Hotel & Casino®...We had an amazing experience from the start. We were seated right away. Our food came out in a timely manner. All of the staff were very outgoing, from the hostess to the people cleaning. Even the staff that didn’t wait on us made sure they came over to tell Jayden “Happy Birthday!” I thought I’d be annoyed by the noise, but it was moderate. I could hear the staff talking to us and I didn’t feel like I had to speak louder. The food was plenty and delicious! The drinks were Ah-amazing! We can’t wait to go back!

This place is not worth spending your money at staff are rude and racist. The sugar factory shouldn't be open they openly trst black different. Save your money eat and party somewhere else.
