This store and the one in Dover near Red Robin Service definitely depends on who is working. Sometimes they are so rude and sometimes so nice. When I get a nice person I always leave a great tip but sometimes even the manager is rude. I asked for water with a splash of lemon juice usually it’s an up charge of .60 which was fine but the manager was so rude and hastily said we don’t do that here I would have to charge you for a tea??? I can't remember this employee's name, but it starts with an M. She is the sweetest person ever, and she always has a great attitude. She even delivered my food to my table. I hope she gets a raise.

I've been here a few times to work on my laptop inside. Every time I am here there is a group of younger workers who look to be in their 20's. I've observed the way they keep this business afloat. It's impressive. They work great as a team, manage the busyness with calmness, and treat their customers with respect.They all deserve a raise!
