Worst experiences at this location. Got my ham and Swiss croissants and they were all completely frozen with ice chips on them and all. No apologies no compensations just shoved me new ones and slammed the window on me. Several times very bad attitudes. Have the nerve to ask for a tips for literally doing your basic job. I’ve had enough with this location. I spend too much money there to be treated terribly.

I've been here a few times to work on my laptop inside. Every time I am here there is a group of younger workers who look to be in their 20's. I've observed the way they keep this business afloat. It's impressive. They work great as a team, manage the busyness with calmness, and treat their customers with respect.They all deserve a raise!

This store and the one in Dover near Red Robin Service definitely depends on who is working. Sometimes they are so rude and sometimes so nice. When I get a nice person I always leave a great tip but sometimes even the manager is rude. I asked for water with a splash of lemon juice usually it’s an up charge of .60 which was fine but the manager was so rude and hastily said we don’t do that here I would have to charge you for a tea??? What $5.65 for water are you crazy. The staff was so nice when they first opened now it’s hit or miss. I don’t shop as often at either anymore I wait until I go to Newark, or Bear locations service is always pleasant and the order is correct.

I can't remember this employee's name, but it starts with an M. She is the sweetest person ever, and she always has a great attitude. She even delivered my food to my table. I hope she gets a raise.

In terms of service this is the most respectful and consistent starbucks in the area. They are friendly, prompt, and professional. The drivethru is a bad design so other drivers sometimes make it difficult but this is my preferred one all the same. Rain or shine 99% of this staff will be cheerful as they make the best drink

Instead of ordering in the drive thru, I decided to go in and order my bagel with cream cheese. I took notice of the truck that I would have been behind, just to see which was was faster. I waited over 20 minutes for my simple order and when I asked about it I was told that they have on line orders to complete. In the meantime, the truck along with 8 other cars behind it, were given their food. I will never go back. Not one of them told me that they were sorry for my wait.

Rude staff. Every single time they make the coffee incorrect. Hot comes out as iced. Nothing ever tastes as it should. Frap wasn't correct. Just save time and money and go to the dover location..

Awesome customer service on the drive thru however my cup wasn’t filled? Just because I didn’t want ice? I prefer not to have my drinks iced because it’s a bit nippy out when I start my day. Guess I’ll get it iced JUST to see my cup is filled.

Stored closed to due staff shortage at 3pm in the afternoon on a Saturday. I am doing Uber eats and drove to the location wasted time and money. The order I accepted was at 4:50ish. People in the store in work uniforms. Manager I’m assuming came out and just stated the were closed due to staffing and didn’t apologize or anything. Over ten out of ten bad experience and it wasn’t even for me. Smh. I ain’t even normally posting reviews like that but this one hit different. At least let Uber and DoorDash know that you closed bruh. Sad really. I hope the employees in there are cleaning the store and not just wasting the owners money. Smh corporate prolly likes that. I’m being facetious. I watched multiple people pull up and be rejected. It not just my time that was wasted.
