This is a franchise, so they don't accept SW coupons and promos. I gave them a 3 star rate only because the staff was nice enough when they told me my online order was voided for that reason. They directed me to another SW location that does accept coupons and promos.

This is an unorthodox review. For THREE YEARS, the sign has said we are open …cheese pizza. This sign occasionally drives me nuts lol. I figure due to the pandemic they were unable to change the sign. But three years!! For this reason I would NEVER go there. Please CHANGE THE SIGN and I’ll remove this review.

Should have the franchise pulled from them dirty business tactics

Worst subway I've ever seen, the owners should have the franchise taken for incompetence in running the most simplistic of all time. I suggested that let a trainee help one of the owners who took 15 minutes to make 3 sandwiches while I was in line; this caused them to start arguing with me? Not sure why this upset them but I couldn't get out fast enough.

I did place a mobile order and went there without thinking anything else. After asking at the counter they said it got cancelled and felt weird. I’ve placed another order using the coupon and they cancelled right in front of me saying they don’t accept coupons. I had to buy there as I was hungry and didn’t have time to go some where else. Even the food was not good and way below that expected and experienced from other subways. But not going there again and that’s for sure.

Ordered 2 subs online drove 30 minutes to pick up for them to say my order was denied because I used a coupon. The website says coupons excepted. Avoid this rude place. She just gave me voided recipe and said bye.

To say my order was denied because I used a coupon. The website says coupons excepted. This is the worst costumer service I have ever received from anywhere and this is to say a lot. The rude woman then ignored me standing there and then moved onto the next costumer not even asking if i still wanted the food. I told her she lost a loyal customer over a $4.00 coupon and i stormed out and went to burger king and got a Whopper instead. Damn shame that I just got over fighting cancer and having to deal with this. They should loose their license to be a franchise owner cause as long as that store has that owner still there i will never eat at another subway again i am just sickened at this.

Do NOT go to this Subway if you can help it. VERY greedy business, they will not accept coupons and will go out of their way to avoid accepting rewards from the app. There is another subway around the corner that accepts all coupons and rewards AND has a better selection. Busy ambiance doesn't help the deal either.

Owned by Indians, this Subway offers no courtesy, at least to us fellow Indians. But my mistake that I went second time and all the negative energy of the lady, who made the sandwiches, got in the food. They don’t offer any side sauces as well which is weird for this branch. Extremely rude customer service and they can’t even communicate properly and are obnoxiously loud on people. They should learn some etiquette first and then serve food to people, otherwise just sell this to someone who knows how much to run business ethically instead of saving sauces.
