Firstly, food was good. Staff is hit or miss, you'll either get someone friendly or completely annoyed that you've come in to get something to eat. Did you order online and it says be there at 630? Add about 20min to that time and arrive then because they're always busy. Did you walk in to order? Be prepared to be there for at least 35min.
I've never had a worse customer experience in my life. 10 wings and fries I ordered hen no one was there. 30 min I waited which I get, since they had a lot of online orders, but the attitude on the three girls working in the kitchen was embarrassing. Constantly on their phones and chatting up friends who came into the store. Then, I asked how much longer for my food. Zero stars if I could. The clerk was nice and was treated rudley by the line cook named Mya Myla ?? She told me they didn't have my order than all of a sudden had my order when I went to call the managers number for a refund. The line cook was beyond rude and had such a terrible attitude with me. It was a ridiculous experience not worth the $30+ I spent. I felt so bad for the clerk girl. Poor me as well since my entire oder was wrong and I didn't find out until I got home.
