Zero stars if I could. The clerk was nice and was treated rudley by the line cook named Mya Myla ?? She told me they didn't have my order than all of a sudden had my order when I went to call the managers number for a refund. The line cook was beyond rude and had such a terrible attitude with me. It was a ridiculous experience not worth the $30+ I spent. I felt so bad for the clerk girl. Poor me as well since my entire oder was wrong and I didn't find out until I got home.

Firstly, food was good. Staff is hit or miss, you'll either get someone friendly or completely annoyed that you've come in to get something to eat. Did you order online and it says be there at 630? Add about 20min to that time and arrive then because they're always busy. Did you walk in to order? Be prepared to be there for at least 35min.

I normally b pleased wit wingstop but the last two times I been there my fries were burnt and my chicken jus plain jus disgusting and I won't b back EVER
I've never had a worse customer experience in my life. 10 wings and fries I ordered hen no one was there. 30 min I waited which I get, since they had a lot of online orders, but the attitude on the three girls working in the kitchen was embarrassing. Constantly on their phones and chatting up friends who came into the store. Then, I asked how much longer for my food. One of them took 8 wings from a frying rack that's been above the fryer for who knows how long and tried to say that was my order. I corrected her and said I ordered 10. She gave me 1 wing to make up for it then accused me of eating one with 7 whitnesses around, and threw a temper tantrum when I corrected her again. Never again will I be ordering from here. This was a pure embarassment to this company. Do better.

A bunch of ignorant workers who don’t want to work . Messed up my order (missed items ) told me to bring the food back and didn’t even make eveything fresh . Absolutely horrible service . The young ladies there were getting smart and didn’t want to
Should be able to give no stars. This place sucks. The employees singlehandedly are the issue. I've come in to pick up food only to be told they were waiting on chicken. About 30 mins later a different employee approached me and asked for the name. Low and behold the order had been ready the entire time. Employees routinely ignore customers due to the fact that they are having personal conversations amongst themselves. 10 thumbs downEdit. Day 2 of picking up food from this place. I've been waiting for a half hour. Still no food. How this place stays in business is a mystery

February 21, 2 pm.I finally decided to get wingstop for the first time. I wasn’t sure if you can place an order through the number so I called anyway. I called 3 times because it was more convenient for me to order and pay in store so I didn’t have to wait for my food when I arrived. They didn’t answer so I went ahead and went in the store to order. Customer service was ridiculous. I wanted to see if the call just wasn’t going through or the phone wasn’t working so I called while I was in the store , and the phone did ring and they just let the phone ring. It was not busy at all, there was only a couple and I in store. The person up front was constantly on their phone. And while I was waiting in the middle of making peoples orders, one person was left cl cooking and few workers went outside. One of the young ladies sat down continued to be on their phone. I don’t typically put in reviews at all but I felt the need too because if that kind of environment wont be fixed , I won’t be coming back. All in all, did not have a good first time and was not worth $30.
