Stop in a couple times a week for a Boston Cream Donut for my 79 year old mom who has Alzheimer's. It's a treat for her after a day at adult daycare. To often they are out of Boston Creams by 2:30 when we stop in. Today they still had them. Got home to find the donut just tossed in the bag, no paper around it as is customary. For $1.49 for a donut one might think at least could have it protected? There are 2 other DD within a short distance, I'll go out of my way to avoid this...read full review
I've been a loyal customer at this store for a year and usually purchased my morning drink from a different location nearby. However, after trying their drink today, I found it to be undrinkable. I thought I could get it fixed at my regular store, where I'm a frequent and high-spending customer. Sadly, I was met with rudeness when the manager, Vaiannie and the other manager, insisted I pay for a replacement. Picked less ice option, iced drink still came with a lot of ice and one third of a drink was missing. Never had this kind of an issue at other locations. From now going to avoid Elsmere location.
