“My son and I stop here now and then but each time, the food has always been good. The service is great and they are so nice to talk to. The little place stays busy, that's for sure. Breakfast sandwiches are filling, subs, though a little smaller than the area normal, are perfect each time. If you want to support any small business in this area, stop by this shop. You will not be disappointed.”

“Yes, while the food was just about top notch and the servers were doing their best to get food to our table. I did find that the buffet was extremely difficult for my bride to get there as she needs a walker to get around. If we go back and she can't access that area, it will be our last time. After all, can't we all enjoy the ambiance of the culture?”

“This was our second time having dinner here and our overall experience was great. The service, the ambiance, the drinks and wine- all excellent. There were four of us and we shared everything family style. Started with the gnoccho fritto, and the mixed green salad- very good. Then moved on to the eggplant rollatini and the lemon pasta- delish! Then we had the veal parm, which we had the first time we came, and remember it being outstanding. Unfortunately, it was not outstanding this time around. It was not bad, just average. Too thin, so certain pieces were very dry and hard to cut toward the edges. For $96 you expect it to be flawless. Everything else was great, so that said, we will be back but will probably not order the veal parm again.”

“Just had the open face turkey and it was amazing!!! Real Turkey 🦃 on the sandwich 🥪 Went to a diner near by and ordered the same thing and took a few bites as it was all processed meat. New spot!”

“My go to place in long neck for a chicken cheese steak! Solid NY style pizza as well but its gotta be hot and eaten at the store for best results! After it hits a box and steams it loses some of that quality crunch on the bottom, still delicious! Give them a try.”

“Last Friday, my wife and I went to the paradise pub for dinner. I have to say, the service was extremely outstanding. Every time one of the waitresses that past our table , asked if we needed something or if everything was OK. They were all extremely attentive, especially one of the managers Kristen, I believe. I think Paradise pub should be extremely proud of the staff. The food was delicious. My wife loved her cheesesteak, and I enjoyed the flounder pounder, immensely. I highly recommend this place for its fun atmosphere.”

“We ate here on two separate occasions. The first one being on September 12th 2026, and we were waited on by Faye. She was absolutely wonderful and friendly. Faye has a beautiful smile and made you feel very welcome upon entering the restaurant. She brought us our food to the table and continued with the pleasantries. The restaurant was extremely well-cared-for, extremely clean, the tables were fresh and wiped down and the trash was NOT overflowing. The atmosphere was very welcoming. I paid special attention to the self serve drink area and it was spotless, everything was well stocked including the ice dispenser.
Our second visit was on 09/15/2026 Keila waited on us. She was also very upbeat and provided exceptional service. She checked on us to make sure our order was correct and that we were enjoying our meals. I noticed she did that with everybody in the dining room. They were a bit busier that day however, everybody got the same exact special treatment.
I was also very pleased that the dining room was clean, the trash was maintained and the drink self service area was also spotless.
I want to also point out that on both occasions, the bathrooms were immaculate. Everything was well stocked and well maintained. I look forward to visiting this restaurant again, many times!”

“A few weeks ago we wanted pizza but the Palace was closed, Sunday. Ordered 2 pies from Papa John's. Very disappointing. Last night I ordered from the Palace. It was excellent as usual. We will never go to Papa John's again”

“Probably the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. Our server was kind and quick. We got seated right away. It’s also an honest establishment, my boyfriend left his card after paying and we didn’t know until the next day but as soon as the manager got there in the morning he got his card back. Our toddler loved the food too! Decent priced kids meals for the quantity. The drinks were great and service was quick. Definitely recommend”

“I came for dinner and ordered the fresh tuna and it was delicious, cooked perfectly. The cucumber sauce was a nice touch and the vegetables were crisp and not saturated with oils or butter. I would definitely recommend this restaurant, and I will be back.”

However the hostess acted like she would rather play on her phone then seat me because when I told her I was meeting friends she replied they are in the back and went back to her phone I walked around for several minutes looking and couldn’t find my friends so very annoyed I went back up and said just where is the back & why can’t you seat me ? Another nice girl hear me and she walked back & it was like going in a maze no wonder I couldn’t find them 🤷‍♀️ Please tell her to seat the customer 🤦‍♀️ Thanks 😊”

“The service was great, the food was great, period. Other places should take notes, this is how an oyster fritter sandwich is done. It was light and crispy with plenty of oysters. The fritter takes up the whole slice of bread. This sandwich is a good deal at $12. I have to warn you though, get there early, they sell out pretty quickly and when you try one, you will understand why. If you love oysters, give this place a try. You won't regret it.”

“My wife and I went spur of moment past Friday. As residents, we wanted to try new ‘advertised’ changes to menu, management, chef. From new hostess (very friendly and accommodating in moving seats away from live music being little loud). Appetizers (fried brussels sprouts) and crab soup were both outstanding. Pasta w/shrimp and Landing burger was equally good. Margaritas were mixed pleasingly. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. I encourage residents to give Landing a visit…”

I especially loved the Sidewinder Steakhouse Fries—I’ve been looking for fries like these, and they’re so hard to find! They were crispy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. “I live out of town now, but anytime I’m back home visiting, I have to stop at Grotto Pizza and grab a slice. It’s one of those places that instantly takes me back to being a kid growing up in the ’90s and 2000s. Still love the pizza after all these years. Some places just taste like home, and Grotto is definitely one of them for me.”
