Service was subpar. Didn't get the hash browns that where included in the meal, OR the creamer for the coffees.
Mcdonalds is my go to when traveling. This one didn't stand out for any particular reason :)
Got my grandson a 4 piece nugget, happy meal.Everything was fresh.

McDonald's on the Eastern Shore of Maryland offers standard fast food fare like burgers and nuggets, though the quality can be inconsistent. The dining area and drink station could use better maintenance, with issues like dirty tables and non-functioning fountain drinks. Despite being a go-to budget option for many, recent experiences have shown a decline in customer service. Some customers have faced unhelpful managers and unfulfilled promises of order replacements. While the food is okay overall, the restaurant's pricing and service quality leave much to be desired. However, some staff members, like the friendly manager, have been praised for their professionalism. The crew from Shore Tint always enjoys their lunches there, and the restaurant is kid-friendly, often providing happy meals for children. On the downside, the restaurant seems to be going through a slow decline, with bland food, increasing prices, slipping quality, and the need to ask for condiments and utensils, which can be frustrating especially when traveling.
