Stop by today and order 8peice for 10.00 they said legs and thighs waited for 22minutes and five cars came after that got theirs. When I got home all I had was thighs no legs and I order before the five cars.

This is the worst kfc location in Delaware! Everytime I go through the drive thru I have to park along the side because the food is not ready and they want to take a bunch of orders. The worst customer service I’ve experienced they need to train their workers they are rude and very unprofessional this isn’t the first time but it will be my last time! Even McDonalds provides better customer service like this is ridiculous i won’t ever be returning! Also for the kids meal they gave my child a half empty bag of fries like I started to go back inside but just didn’t even feel like dealing with it just never let again!

Ordered 2 PC thigh drumstick Xtra crispy mash with gravy , corn and separate Xtra crispy breast.. I got 2 over cooked thighs dry as dirt that looked like it was dropped and scooped up off floor.. the breast was over cooked and dry and original not Xtra crispy. No mash with gravy and the Mac cheese was more like liquid cheese.. only decent part of the order was the corn.. this location has went down hill in worse way.. they don't care what you order or how they will just grab what ever is available period regardless how it is cooked over or under but never right!!! Tried this 2 separate times and both times different times of day were awful!

Horrible customer service. They really need new management and/or just close this place down. Went downhill over the last few years, every time you go they’ll tell you to pull in a parking spot and have you wait for 15 minutes with no warning. DO BETTER KFC.

This young kid took our order and was very polite, restaurant was very busy and he was moving back and forth, taking orders and helping with the orders, very proud to see a young man working so hard, keep in mind is a holiday weekend too. His name tag said Big Mike

Ordered the chicken 3 piece big box meal. On their website it comes with 2 breasts 1 wing 2 sides and a biscuit.I got home and had 2 thighs and a leg. I called the store and was told it comes with thighs and a leg. The person who said she was the manager hung up with a terrible attitude!!So I called KFC corporate and reported her disgusting customer service. She is obvious working in a position she knows nothing about.That will be my last visit to this KFC.Thank you corporate for taking care of this matter and a credit voucher.

I bought two $5 fill-up boxes. They gave me 2 strips instead of 3, thinking I wouldn't check the box in the drive-thru. The other box has original when I asked for crispy. They also forgot the cookies. It's like nobody in the building cared about properly making the order. After the pandemic this location has become even worse. They never give me the correct order. You must check your food in front of them and they have an attitude for you checking in front of them but after being in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes I'm definitely going to check. Everyone here should be retrained
I was cheated today at the KFC on112 N. DuPont Hwy, New Castle, DE 19720. I ordered 3 pot pies to go. When I opened the boxes each of the pie tins was carefully bent in in the middle to reduce the filling approx. one third. No one answers the phone to report this. So, they get this review and others I will post elsewhere. This is a shame because there are many good reviews of these pies and they have been my favorites. I don't know if this is occurring at only this location or not.

$20 box and these 304 had me waiting about 10 minutes for some old ahh chicken, nuggets, biscuits, and fries. My babies ended up eating those old ahh nuggets and fries. They started complaining about the chicken and how nasty and old the skin look, I broke the chicken in half to try it and sure enough it was old, dry and stale. We returned the 3 piece chicken plus the 4th one that was broken in half alone with the biscuits. They couldn’t exchanged the 4th one because it was touched. They kept the biscuits and try to charge $.50 for the sauce we already had. This place is a joke don’t waste your money or time here. Try another location if KFC is your thing.. I’ll stick with Popeyes moving forward. It’s a 0/5 for me boo..Parking: Location is great food is old and nasty.
