The waitress was friendly, but wow, is bar service slow. We'd have to order or next drink 1/2 way through the one we were drinking. This was 2 Sundays in a row. And they weren't that busy. I had a couple of Bacardi buckets, and they were pretty weak. Seems to be how all the Applebee's are these days.

They had a GREAT DEAL ON WINGS..$.50 PER WING..So my son was in heaven! Drinks were nice and strong! They have. Nice selection and affordable prices!!

Had a party of about 20 on Sunday for a birthday. For the life of me I can't remember the servers name but I know she mentioned she just moved here so I know she's relatively new. She did an AMAZING job! She was funny and outgoing, she got everyone's food right and everything was hot and fresh. She honestly made the party, she chimed in on our jokes and took being on the receiving end very well. We will definitely be returning. Hoping to catch her name so we know who to ask for! Y'all need to keep her around, she was the absolute best!
I’ve been in restaurant industry for 20+ years and stopped by this location. Stephen behind the bar and Garret the general manager were absolutely top notch. They have the best attitude and their hospitality was above and beyond. I highly recommend seeing them at this establishment.
Many thanks to the staff at Churchman's Rd Newark DE Applebee's. I spoke to Garrett to make arrangements for a birthday celebration there. He was so wonderful and pleasant to speak to and so accommodating. Our waitress Crystal H was wonderful too. She gave such great service, even helping us to decorate the tables. I didn't expect her to do that but that was so nice of her. The food was great and prices reasonable. The staff there all seemed so friendly. Again many thanks. Will definitely go back the Churchman's Rd Newark DE Applebee's.

This Very bad for Food business, the Service is horrible, I came in tonight to buy food a nobody greeted me or ask me if I need assistance . I waited at the door for at least 12 minutes. I will not return to this location.
The one in Newark is good food taste better. The one where the Walmart is at I don't care for the place is always dirty I ordered boneless chicken and it was hard I felt if they gave me old chicken I gave 5 stars only because of the one in Newark near Christina

We went here because Borders cafe was closing at 9pm food was great everyone was friendly the only problem we had was that the waitress charged us on our bank card an additional tip after we gave her a $20 tip for a $68 meal purchase I never thought this would happen to me after I put a circle with a line through it like I was taught to do by another waitress so why would you change it to a 6 very crafty of you so I will be disputing this charge with my bank.
