I had a delicious time at KPOT! We did the hot pot and Korean BBQ, it was fun to create a soup with all of my favorite yummy ingredients. I definitely recommend the beef bulgogi, chicken bulgogi, garlic shrimp and the gyōza. Also cooking the bok choy and mushrooms in the vegetable broth was very flavorful and savory. Kpot was pretty good. I wanted to take my wife somewhere different and since she’s a big Asian food lover this place was perfect. Personally I’m not a big soup fan but this place may have changed my mind. The fact that you determine how hearty your soup is a definite plus.
