INCREDIBLE BAHN MI!!I’ve only had a few Bahn Mi’s before but this one is definitely the best. I got the tofu vegan Bahn Mi and wow was it delicious and flavorful. It had fresh cilantro, fresh cucumber, fresh jalapeños, and warm and flavorful tofu. The tofu was soft and had a great texture. I WILL be back again for more! The women who worked today were also incredibly sweet to me.
I've been waiting for them to open and it FINALLY happened. I always opt for the "Special" (Dac Biet) no matter what Banh Mi shop it is. The baguette was light and airy with a slight crisp texture. Most places will rough up the roof of your mouth after every bite. I like their selection of cold cuts in it as well. Pair it with a Viet Iced Coffee. Quite possibly the most pleasant experience I’ve had ordering food in my life!! These folks are so kind, personable, and the banh mi is so good. Got a nice steamy pork bun as well which was also delicious!!
