Shame on me for going back to this location after 2 prior less than optimal interactions. This time was an online delivery order which was chips and 3 bowls. Got the chips and NO bowls. This is what happens when your staff is more interested in playing on their phones and chatting than doing their jobs. Last time i went there in person I felt like I was bothering the staff. Drive a little farther and go to the Christiana mall. Avoid this location.

Placed an order on the Chipotle website, paid, store was closed when I got there. It's a holiday, so on some level, I'm not surprised. But at the same time, if the website says the store is open and even lets me place an order, I expect the store to be open.Online support was available and quickly refunded it, but I wasted 20 minutes driving there and am now disappointed with my food options for the night. "Store was closed" was one of the ~5 available options for requesting a refund, so this apparently is common. Not sure how/why they don't require store managers to enter early closings into the system.

I'm not a fan of Chipotle but we went today bc it was the closest place to get food. The staff was pleasant, the food satisfied me and the restaurant was very clean. I just always feel like something is missing when I eat there. ?Parking: They had a big parking lot with plenty of open spaces.Kid-friendliness: My nephew is 3 and we've never been there before with a child. But the staff was very helpful when they suggested he get a kids meal. Which was plenty of food for a child. They were excellent.

I go to this chipotle every once in a while and can definitely say, the time of day and the day of the week you go here matters a lot. I've gotten some really dry steak and chicken cuts at night but midday and in the afternoon I've gotten fresh juicy meat. I feel like management tells the employees not to replace meat that has been obviously been sitting out for several hours, which I wont blame this particular store for. This spot is usually clean and chipotles prices haven't increased too much recently so I recommend this.
Food is good, but there was a noticeably lower amount of chicken in the bowls. If you are going to cut the contents, then you should cut the price.

I have driven past this place for years but never had the opportunity to stop in. What a mistake. The food was amazing, and the workers were personable and pleasant. The burrito I ordered was huge and amazing.

Came here for lunch as a group of four including two 70 and 80-year-old women. They loved it, as they had never been to a burrito place, and Chipotle is a good representation. Representation. I got my regular burrito bowl to go so I get a lid, but I screwed up and added queso and the verde sauce which I usually never get. I was a bit disappointed in my selection. Overall a good experience. Next time I will stick with my regular.
