“Lets start with the Lamb Cheese steak It taste amazing so flavorful juicy will always be a go to pick for me the fries are just fries nothing special the fish was fried to perfection excellent amount of season the rice was a no for me the mac and cheese had no flavor no season and not enough cheese or just couldn't taste it the wings were fried in dirty grease I guess they tasted burnt and overcooked or refried im not sure the thai wings were a hit sauce tasted amazing wings were cooked perfectly nice juicy The loaded shrimp fries needed a lot of help ot was dry and no flavor it was definitely missing something the cornbread was beyond gritty and grainy the banana pudding was just pudding and two cookies nothing else really basic for the price the cakes were ok very moist I would definitely recommend this place wonderful customer service its always busy nice vibes and atmosphere“
“The food was beyond excellent! The broccoli was the best I’ve ever had. Great service by Ella. I see people complain that it takes a long time for food to come. That’s because they cook everything fresh instead of grabbing it from under a heat lamp. I’ll gladly wait a little longer for food this good!“
“Haven't been to Bob Evans in years and decided to stop by. Had about a 10min wait for table, which I was surprised at cause it didn't look busy. Once I was taken to my table, I saw the place was almost full which surprised me. Food prices were about the same for breakfast as all others, but serving size was definitely better. And amount of items for each meal was great! And lastly, food tasted great and service was good. Definitely not wait years to go again!“
“Boston Market closed at Prices Corner, DE, so I went to University Plaza in Newark, DE. Food was good, but I wished they carried the Meatloaf. Ribs and chicken were very good, so were our sides, maccorni and cheese, brown skin potatoes, corn and creamed spinach.“
“The food is always delicious and affordable. My absolute favorite go tos are the Tavern Turkey and the chicken nachos. I always appreciate the amount of selection they have on tap and in general, especially for people who do not gravity towards beer. Downeast cider on tap or the pineapple cider I tried the other night was shockingly delicious. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a place to go for a good bite to eat and a cold drink after workKid-friendliness: Not the best place to bring in kids considering it is definitely more driven for a bar crowd. If you want to bring in kids, they do have a few tables in the back by the kitchen that they can sit to better accommodate younger kids and they can surely make boneless wings and fries. If you did want to bring your kids in, I would recommend going in during the week aside from Friday night or for lunch.“
“I first found Lettie's on a Facebook group so i decided to try the chicken and dumplings because they looks great from a photo. They indeed were the best dumplings i have had! Everyone there is very pleasant and welcoming. Will definitely return again!“
“First, they sat us in a cold area. When we said something, they knew it was cold before they sat us down. She said everyone was complaining but they never offered to move us.Next, we got coffee. Waitress didn’t bring cream. It took 10 minutes to get cream. By then, coffee was cold.We got our breakfast. She didn’t bring our grits. We had to ask for them, and it took another 10 minutes for our grits. She said they were making them, and she had to wait for them to come out of the back. Our scrambled eggs were ice cold and my sausage patties were burned on one side.It was a very bad experience at Bob Evans. I’ve always liked to eat there, but I don’t think I’ll ever go back.“
“This is hands down the best take out spot in Newark. This place checks every box. Excellent food across the entire menu, reasonable prices, great portion sizes, and very friendly staff. The NY Style Lamb Gyro is my go to comfort food, and I am always greeted with a welcoming smile from the guys in the kitchen when I come in. Highly recommend!“
