Dude was nodding out while making drinks, and the time from when I placed my order (2 medium iced caramel lattes and 10 munchkins) on the app until I received my complete order was over 15 minutes. That’s ok if they were really busy or something happened, but it was definitely the longest I have ever waited for an online order. I can get past that, but what made the experience suck was that our drinks were not good at all. They were room temp, bitter, and didn’t taste like they were supposed to. Wasn’t too happy, but maybe I just picked a bad time to go?

Usually I get great service here but when you say you close at 7PM and I arrive at 6:35PM, why did you already throw away all the donuts. Manager here should allot more time for the staff so they can start throwing away donuts at 7PM and not before your advertised closing hours. Food waste as well as false advertising all in one simple example.Parking: Curves around the bulding.

This location was a lot better years ago. Lately it's been pretty dismal for service. I order over 20 min ahead in the mornings and I still have to wait in store for my order every time nowadays. I'm going to stop going here.

Fast service, clean, well stocked with baked goods. Try the new carrot cake muffin if you like carrot cake-it’s so good! I’m surprised that at nearly 11am they aren’t all sold out of the good stuff. And most importantly the coffee is made exactly right (this can’t be said of every Dunkin’ Donuts).

Never have I ever been to a nicer Dunkin than this location. It's so clean and cozy, I actually wouldn't mind staying here to do work or something. Stark contrast to the horrible Dunkin's I used to work at up in Wilmington.
