Super fast service and even though it was late in the afternoon, our glazed donuts seemed as fresh as ever, coffee was great, and bagel was good. Store seemed to be clean and well kept. Would recommend!

Visited this place on Saturday 2/10. They got the main part of my order completely 100% wrong. Forgive and forget I told myself and kept my lack of enthusiasm to myself. My mistake was going back there Sunday 2/11 because my wife wanted donuts for her and our neighboring family. They were all out of what my wife wanted but she settled for a runner-up so that she could also order a box of donuts for our neighbors. I checked their adding skills and they grossly overcharged us for the total order . When I called them out on it the store manager actually wanted me to forget about their error and just pay the insane overcharge. I explained that most businesses would say "hey sir sorry for the overcharge error, what can we do to make it better for you?" Instead he said "I will refund you 50% on the cheaper part of our order but nothing for the large order overcharge".After failing to understand my point, and with a very rude take it or leave it attitude they said "next" for the next person in line. My wife made me drop the whole complaint so we left "happy".Warning don't visit this Dunkin' Donuts, they are rude thieves.

I came here 12/25/2023 with my family to get food. As we walked in the lady at the counter gave us a very unwelcoming vibe. As we are ordering she constantly throws an attitude at us, huffing and puffing when we add items to our order and gives my 5 YEAR OLD NEPHEW an attitude for asking ME if he can get a drink. I gave my nephew the cash to hand to the lady in hopes to lighten the mood and instead she snatched it out his hand , sighs out loud and rolls her eyes. I have never been to this establishment until today and I plan to not go back again. I told the manager and he just says “sorry” and walks off. What type of business treats customers like that?Extremely rude staff. I will NOT be coming back
