I want to express my deep disappointment with my experience at Grain on Main Street in Newark.
On November 15th at exactly 10 AM, I called Grain to ask if I could make a reservation. I understand that reservations aren’t normally accepted unless the party is over 25 or for specific holidays. went sunday for brunch! the food was really good, but that espresso martini was amazing! it was really busy but our server Ashley was awesome!
My Wife and I along with our 1 year old son recently visited the location in Newark. We were surprised by sun-par service as our waitress forgot to sub our sons chicken tender order’s fries with Broccoli. My meal was good but my wife upgraded her chips to truffle fries that were very small in portion and also very cold.
Additionally our sons order did not come on a frisbee which was disappointing and was not reflected on our bill.
