Make sure you check your order while picking up take-out here. I ordered a cup of soup and this place scammed me by filling the container only halfway. To confirm that they under filled, I poured the soup into a measuring cup, and sure enough, they charged for a cup of soup while providing barely half the amount. Never giving business to this location again.

I'm an Iron Hill regular, and last night was the worst service I ever received. It was really nice out when we got there so we sat outside. We were looking forward to being able to eat outside and enjoy the weather, but we barely saw our server. Not sure if sitting outside was the cause for her bad service since it appeared we were her only table out there, but even the inside didn't seem that busy. The wait for our first round of drinks took so long that we didn't bother ordering a 2nd round. I honestly think she forgot about us because others brought out our appetizer and our dinners and by the time she checked back with us, we were ready for to go boxes and the check. Not sure I'll bother with this location again. This wasn't the first time we sat outside and felt neglected at this location. The Wilmington location has never disappointed with their service.

We were at the restaurant on a busy Saturday night. We had reservations and were seated in a timely manner. Our waitress, Rachel, was prompt, pleasant and accommodating to our questions and requests. I always get the sweet potato fries because they are so good with the dips provided. I was disappointed when my fries arrived with my sandwich and they were literally blackened. There is a $3.30 upcharge for sweet potato fries, so the condition of my fries was not acceptable. When Rachel returned to check on us, I asked her for replacement fries which she brought in a reasonable time. My pulled pork sandwich was good although not especially warm. Overall, our party of four was satisfied with our meals.

The bad: Table top rocked a little like it was loose , my chair legs needed to be tightened up, and there was a smell like you'd get walking through the kitchen of a restaurant (kind of like old grease) but they had several air purifier units with big tubes being vented out through the ceiling so they may have been trying to remedy that. The good: Service was good and the food was really good (better than I've had in the past there). We'd go back.

The place was dirty- the floor of the restaurant and the bathrooms especially The part of the restaurant we were sitting in was so cold. The chicken on my flatbread was not fresh. It was a brownish/purple color that I could not eat Our waitress was kind. She was just so busy to attend to us as frequently than normal.

Iron Hill (at any location) is one of our favorite restaurants. Love Vienna Red Lager and their King of the Hill Plan is one of the best around. Haven't found anything on their menu we haven't enjoyed. however, they took the scallop entree off the menu and it was a favorite. Please bring it back!!

Great food, great service. Our server was knowledgeable about the food - it was excellent as usual - but also helped my guests with beer flights and making some spot on suggestions to the newcomers. You made me look great for my guests.

One of my favorite places for craft beer and food. Never disappointed in the food, beer, atmosphere and the servers. Had Sean tonight and was so pleased with his attentiveness!

Went with a large group, and the service and timing of courses was perfect. Great beer and cocktail options, all appetizers were delicious.

We walked in at 11:50 on Monday (President's Day) to a mostly empty restaurant. The hostess was very friendly but told us that their staff was not in yet and it would be a 10 minute wait (they open at 11 but were not yet staffed??). It was about 10 minutes and then a server wandered in with her to go cup of coffee, sat around talking for a bit and then sat us. Food was good typical to other Iron Hills I've been to. We had empty drinks for awhile. The weirdest part was that while we were waiting to be sat someone walked in and asked if they were hiring. They said, "not right now but you can fill out an online app." So they don't have enough reliable servers to seat people in an empty restaurant but they aren't hiring. I like Iron Hill but not sure I'd come back to this one if my kids choose to go to UD. It didn't give me a well run vibe.

Food is mostly good at Iron Hill Brewery. Friday is a busy day at IHB (Newark, DE), so definitely, the ambience will be loud. For sure, the food quantity has changed to less amount and then there is a price increase. Definitely, this is happening at most of the restaurants. We order Hummus and Nacho's by default, since these are great items at Iron Hill Brewery. Beers - Amazing IPA's - Nachos - They are OK - The quantity or amount of cheese, black beans, green onion, serrano peppers was not like before. They have decreased the quantity of cheese, blackbeans, green onions to almost nothing. Hummus - It is not the same as before. The quantity of hummus, tomatoes, cucumber and olives relish is very less. I did not see any olives! Smoky fried garbanzo beans were OK. I am unsure, if they have decreased the amount of Pita bread, too!!

It was nice. Our server was awesome, the food was good, the drinks were nice and the tab wasn't terrible. We'll go again. Try the cheesesteak egg rolls.

First off, food and drink were amazing, as usual! Server was nice and attentive. Tow problems brought the score down. 1) Despite reservation, we were ignored until the third time we went to the front to ask what the deal was. 7 pm reservation, arrived at 6:50, not seated until 7:30 while others came and were seated before us. It took three visits to finally get seated. No idea how we could be ignored despite being in front of the stand. 2) 15-20 boys around 8-10 years old overtook the restaurant before we got there. The parents obviously had no control as the mess they left behind was unacceptable. How parents could let that happen, I don't know. Plus, not sure Iron Hill is an appropriate substitution for Chuckie Cheese! Can't blame the restaurant for this as it was an insane occurrence.

Appetizers was very limited; nachos barely had anything on them . Cheesesteak rolls were ok . Had strawberry lemon drops and they were nasty. Very cold inside and it's 30 degrees outside. I had on layers and had to keep my jacket on . Our entrees were pretty good. Not good enough experience to go back. Waitress was great .
