It's a real shame because I've been waited on by the owner of this Popeyes and he is so lovely and he actually was asking me if he could hire my daughter so that I could train her. Had to give good customer service lol. Hopefully that will jog his memory as to who is leaving this review because sir the lady with the disgusting fingernails who served me through the drive-thru window on my second go round really need some retraining and an attitude adjustment. I came through the drive-thru and the young man help me. He was so lovely and gave me such good service. He told me that if I wanted to add garlic parmesan to mild chicken being that it doesn't come with extras, it doesn't come with sauce. It would be 75 cents extra and he would put the sauce on my mild chicken cuz I don't like spicy. I said that's no problem. I pay get my food start my way home. I get halfway home. I reach in my bag cuz I couldn't resist the smell of the fries and lo and behold I have no garlic parmesan sauce so I go back and I go to the drive-thru and he says oh I'm sorry bring it back around and I'll tell them to do it. I pulled back around. I give the lady my chicken who sitting there waiting in the window and she looks at me and says what do you want and I said well I paid extra for garlic parmesan sauce and she's like we don't do that. I said I paid extra for it. She goes well. We don't do that. I'll give you a side. I said well he said he would put it on for me and she goes. Yeah well I don't do that and then handed me a side of garlic parmesan sauce. Her fingernails are dirty. I don't even want any of this food. She is disgusting as bad as her attitude to just tell the customer that you don't want to do something because you don't do it. Why couldn't she just give it to the person who said he would do it for me is my question. Why did I pay extra if it's not something that is done and I'm looking at my receipt and there is an upcharge for it so therefore it is something that is done and I'm just glad that I didn't have her dirty hands touching any of my food. She is absolutely disgusting and dirty and filthy and shouldn't be anywhere near food service

Tried the new garlic parmesan wings and they are great! They are sauces decently and have a great flavor. The service was quick and everything was correct.
Definitely always fresh hot chicken it's a little far down from where I live ,,,, is definitely worth the trip much better than Wilmington's area.upset at the Popeyes in Christiana Mall could not use coupons that would definitely not make me support Christiana Mall Popeyes,,,, cuz they donot take the coupons not sure why what's the it's not fairIf somebody read this review please why was very disappointed when I got to the register at Christiana Mall Popeyes.

Disappointed. I arrived too early but the door said it would open at 10:30. So I waited 1/2 hour. Made a phone call. Not a problem, but at 10:30, they came out to my car and said it would be another half hour. I appreciate them letting me know, but I left dissatisfied.
