Overall a decent place. However I never know when to place my order. I can order it 15 minutes ahead a time and 1 of 2 things will happen. It will be sitting them losing temp for 10 minutes or I get there and still wait another 20 minutes.Also on my recent order. Your company will charge me for chocolate drizzle if it's not included but this location always seems to forget it's included with the Java Chip Frappuccino. I feel like at this point they are purposefully not putting it on to save costs.

I get the same coffee every time. I just want a little cream in it. They give me the whole carton of cream every time. Even if there’s a way to adjust it in the app for a little cream, wouldn’t an intelligent person know not to dump a whole bunch of cream in it. I’m paying 6$ for a coffee if I wanted to drink cream I’ll go to the store and pay 5$ to drink a carton of cream. Nasty

The staff turn off holiday drinks in the morning, despite having the ingredients, because it’s apparently too much of a rush at 12?? Absolutely ridiculous, and I can’t even begin to count the number of times it’s been over an hour wait, and no one has said anytning. The store manager needs some serious retraining, and corporate needs to up the staffing hours.

i have regularly had a poor experience at this specific starbucks almost every time that i’m there. it takes eye contact with almost every worker several times before they take my order. i would like to acknowledge that i understand they’re busy and i understand they have online orders and such to work on besides the customers in their store, but it feels a bit obscure to not even receive acknowledgement after i’ve stood at their counter for longer than 5 minutes as the only person in line. furthermore, at the bottom of my drink was a centimeter tall mound of white powder. i assume that it was what was used to make my drink (or at least i hope so), but i feel like it should have been mixed a bit better before being given to me. i even tried to look past it and shake it myself, but a large amount of powder still remains. overall, i would very much recommend other coffee shops on Main Street that at least acknowledge you and take a little bit of pride in the quality of what they’re serving.

I love going here. The employees are so nice and friendly. Sometimes they get busy and you're waiting for your order but i give them praise because they are working hard to get everyone's order out in time. I don't mind waiting for my order but i can tell other customers feel like they're in a rush and try to rush the employees but people need to be patient because they're working hard to get everyone's order ready. I love them and the environment. I love this starbucks because i feel more welcomed in this starbucks than any other starbucks i went to. Starbucks is the best.Dietary restrictions: I love how they have other options for people who are lactose intolerant and they reccomend other milks that taste better with your drink and they are suitable for lactose intolerant people and the drinks made are delicious.

These people are SO rude. There was a group of girls that was disrespectful to my mother (who has a lot of autistic tendencies btw) and being vague with when her order was gonna be done just bc she was a doordasher. They're not allowed to be rude to customers, but they're allowed to be rude to doordashers, especially to a doordasher who's got a 96% acceptance rate and a 5 star rating, AND is loved by others on main street, and going as far as making her SOB???? I hope those ladies are fired, because that's no way to treat ANYONE.
