I ordered Venti but they gave me Grande and said we don’t have venti cup. Call to 1-800 and get the refund! and they took my drink back! Busy, unfriendly, unprofessional!Matcha latte tases sucks and the color is dark green. Never experienced like this in Starbucks. I called to CS and report these!

I arrived at 1831 and the app wouldn't let me place a mobile order because it said the location closed at 1900. The GM (as per her name tag) asked to take my order, so I handed her my phone showing what I wanted (I had to select another store to add the drinks to my cart, to show her). She took one look at the items, SCOWLED, then RUDELY told me, "Oh I am NOT putting this in. I'll get someone else to do it." Talk about unprofessional! ZERO stars for her (lack of) service! ?The barista who took my order was SUPER friendly (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐) and apologized profusely for the rude GM. Our drinks were made perfectly and quickly.Parking: Shared lot with the rest stop Welcome Center

The Starbucks is in a separate building northeast of the main travel plaza. It is mostly like all other Starbucks except for the periodic long line for the rest room since there are only two stalls and it is a travel plaza.

I would give them 0 stars if possible. I was very disappointed, just like the other reviews. I had to wait for more than 30 minutes to get my drinks, and there was a mistake in my order. Bad service. The drinks tasted horrible compared to the other establishments.

Waited 20 mins for my coffee! The guy next to me said the same. They're clearly severely understaffed and don't care. Wish I knew and just have not gone here. Do yourself a favor and stay away!

Six ppl working, inly one taking care of the line. Rest for online orders and drive-thru. If you are going to serve that many orders probably hire more ppl.Very bad service

Stopped at the plaza here to get some much-needed rest after driving for 11 hours. got a coffee here after sleeping for a few hours before getting back on the road. All I can say is that it met my expectations.
