This Starbucks was okay, the lines were pretty long and the cashier was just chatting with the other people. We took our order that took around 20 minutes, we ordered some food and it took longer to come out so we asked about our food and they forgot to make it. When I got my drink, there was a hair in it but they were kind enough to remake it. The bathrooms were worse though, there was only one bathroom opened and it was super filthy, it felt like it hasnt been cleaned for months....read full review
I want to this Starbucks and I asked the employee if they had any unsweetened milk alternatives. She replied, that all their milk alternatives were unsweetened. I knew this couldn't be true. So I asked to see the label of their almond milk. Of course, it had sugar added. if you work somewhere, I feel like you should have knowledge of what the products are that you're selling and not give false information if you have no idea. This has to be one of the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Everyone there is really friendly and personable- they’re very conscientious of their clientele and the handcrafted drinks! Would give 10 stars if I could!
