Terrible customer service! The manager/staff are the worst on the planet. Definitely not surprised by the all the horrible reviews about the staff.

This has to be one of the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Everyone there is really friendly and personable- they’re very conscientious of their clientele and the handcrafted drinks! Would give 10 stars if I could!

This Starbucks was okay, the lines were pretty long and the cashier was just chatting with the other people. We took our order that took around 20 minutes, we ordered some food and it took longer to come out so we asked about our food and they forgot to make it. When I got my drink, there was a hair in it but they were kind enough to remake it. The bathrooms were worse though, there was only one bathroom opened and it was super filthy, it felt like it hasnt been cleaned for months. It took over an hour. I don’t think I would ever come back.

I want to this Starbucks and I asked the employee if they had any unsweetened milk alternatives. She replied, that all their milk alternatives were unsweetened. I knew this couldn't be true. So I asked to see the label of their almond milk. Of course, it had sugar added. if you work somewhere, I feel like you should have knowledge of what the products are that you're selling and not give false information if you have no idea. What if I were a diabetic? My espresso macchiato was very average. Nothing spectacular at all. The presentation on top was lacking. I would not return to the Starbucks.

Barista is nice, food and drink is delicious. Please help, I was shopping and said”might as well try Starbucks and see if it’s worth it” and now have a frappucino addiction:( besides that 10/10:)))

Weirdest Starbucks ever. The employees are friendly and cheerful, so that's a positive, but seriously, what is up with the music being so loud????? It feels like you're in a nightclub. I find it amazing the workers can even hear what the customers are saying. The baristas also kind of stink at making the drinks. They do great frappes, but if you get any item besides that they're confused. I ordered an iced coffee with almond milk. Dude making my drink hands it over to me and asks is it too dark, which I didn't even hear him say because the music was so loud. He barely added any almond milk. I had no idea what was going on so I took the coffee, and my mom had to repeat to me what he said. That's when I realized OH duh it is too dark! I figured maybe that's how the iced coffees look at this location. That was lame of me, but like I said, with the music blasting I was struggling to hear, thus adding to my confusion. So he added more milk, shook it around, and it turned a lighter color. Yay that's how iced coffee is supposed to look! However I didn't ask for it to be sweetened (my fault, I know), so it ended up being wrong anyway. The word 'sweetened' did cross my mind when we were ordering at the register, but with the loudness coming from the music I figured what's the point, I have to shout my order and I was too tired. My mom ordered the java chip frappe, and he actually put syrup in it, so we just mixed our drinks together as a way to give my unsweetened iced coffee flavor, and it mellowed out the taste of her java chip because it was overly sweet.Moral of the story: if you're hard of hearing, bypass this Starbucks. This is not the ideal place to chat with friends or study. Plus not only is the atmosphere too loud, but they also have clueless baristas making the drinks. For example, you're not supposed to put syrup in a java chip. I MIGHT give them another chance, but I don't see it happening in the near future. I understand working at Starbucks isn't for everybody, because it's fast paced and their menu is so extensive, but they really need to change the baristas at this particular location. Only nice thing out of the whole situation: the guy who made our drinks was cute. Lol. Besides that, this Starbucks is the biggest waste of time >:/

Evan Anderson

Good service even with just one poor guy behind the counter! The pineapple refresher drink was good, and so was the vegan banana stack!

Gonul Macara

Such a rude staff! I ordered my drink and i realized it wasn’t right. When i tried to talk to her she yelled at me saying she was making a drink. She had blue short hair. Definitely not ordering from there anymore!
