“A delightful stop and go Arbys at the Delmar border that was quiet, clean, and served hot and fresh food!We shared the Deluxe Wagyu Steakburger meal with curly fries and coke. The burger itself is a solid burger with meat you could tell was above average for typical fastfood quality. The red onions, potato bun, and thousand island sauce were nice compliments as well. We weren't huge fans of the pickle but also agreed it didn't detract. The only minus was the shredded lettuce; we agree with many other reviews before us that this burger needed whole leaf lettuce instead. The curly fries are tasty as well. We tried all the sauces too just for fun. (The horsey sauce was our favorite with the curly fries.)What stood out as outstanding at this particular location was how clean it was from top to bottom--clean bathrooms, clean floors and tables, and clean self-service drink and sauce station. Definitely not typical of what first comes to mind when you tell people you went to an Arby's!Easy 5 out of 5 experience! Will come back again for sure!Kid-friendliness: Kids menu options availableParking: Plenty of parking connected with the gas station and shopping center“
“When are you gonna come down ? When are you going to land ? Should I've stayed on the farm ? Should I've listened to my old man ? You know you can't hold me forever. I didn't sign up with you. I'm not a present for your friends to open...“
“The food was amazing, nice big burgers the milkshakes were amazing. I got the tornado potatoes and they were also delicious. The service was very friendly and patient (they were crowded) the inside dinning are is a little cramped if you are trying to dine in and it was over $100 for 4 people which is a little high for me for burgers but they were really good . So I would probably go back with less people next time“
“Wish I had taken a photo. My husband got the meatloaf sandwich special on thick grilled sourdough bread. This could have served 3 - but he ate it all. I had the chicken sandwich which was delicious- I love it so much that I always order it. Sat upstairs and it was wonderful. Bartender waited on us and food and drinks were phenomenal as was the service. Never gad a bad meal or poor service here. Love it that they are invested in the community, always doing fundraisers and events.“
“Honestly. In my experience, if you get a crab cake at most restaurants in OC, they are quite often mediocre ( there are exceptions). I find if you want a terrific, all lump, fresh, properly seasoned crab cake, there are two carry outs, Uptown eats on the north end and Captain's Galley on the south end that have excellent crab cakes. We live nearby and get food from Captain's Galley regularly. Excellent crab cakes. They also have delicious homemade (I assume) potato chips (think Thrashers), excellent Cole Slaw and their Mac and cheese is out of this world! Highly recommended!“
“Don’t be fooled by the humble appearance! This place has outstanding fresh seafood. We had a fantastic lunch served by a fun and friendly waitress. I highly recommend the shrimp sliders and the raw oysters! Another plus is the dog-friendly patio with outdoor dining.“
“My drinking friends and I found this place last summer after we left the bearded clam. We wanted some food and looked at their menu and went in side to try. They were so amazing there and personal. We had delicious orange crushes, and appetizers. Everything we had was wonderful crab dip, Everything crabcakes are good burgers, a good everything. The bartender was excellent and informative about the business. They ended up, giving us a bunch of bumper stickers and sent us on our way, and I definitely will be coming back.!!!“
“Food tastes like it used to when food was good. Fries are hot, salty with good taste as are the burgers. No apparent downsizing of portions...... One of the few fast food places that actually still care about their food. You can get cherry coke here too, (should be a staple elsewhere as well). Way to go Hardee's!!!“
“Cheers. This is the new Cheers. ? I promise, Come visit and see. You youngsters won't get it but us old heads now. Where everybody knows your name "song". Awesome place. Kind and friendly, wheelchair ♿️ friendly. 4 tables, and everybody knows your name. ? Recommend 4suuurrrr ?“
“Nice place. Food was average and a bit pricey but it's OC so kinda expected that. My only real issue was the manager, she had a real bad attitude especially with the band playing in such a tight space. Nice crowd very friendly bartender. Personally I won't go back just because of the manager who was there on 9/16. Left a real bad impression on me“
“I wanted to commend the staff on the service tonight. Took my family here and even though they seemed a bit short staffed they all were working to get food out as quickly as possible. Unfortunately there was an issue with one of the items that we ordered which I had to point out. The young lady at the front and what I'm thinking was the manager on duty at the grill quickly replaced the entire order to make things right. They turned what could have been a negative review into a positive experience.“
“This was a really cool place. Tons of outdoor seating right on the water, seems very popular, and demographics covered young to old. Also got some killer sunset shots from the patio. I didn't try the food, but was warned it was pretty mediocre. Nevermind that - go sit outside, grab some drinks, and enjoy the view and the vibe.“
“Definitely not what I expected. Instead of a 50s themed restaurant, it felt like a minimally renovated Wendy's. Moved from 3 to 4 stars due the business actually caring to ask how to improveI think embracing an old theme could improve the experience and make more than a burger king alternative“
“We were seated quickly. Our waitress, I think her name was Payton, arrived shortly thereafter to take our drink order. My wife got a frozen Margherita - she said it was very good, but thick. We both ordered sirloin. Really enjoyed it. Sides were all very good. Payton seemed to keep busy, but was very attentive. Thank you for the discount certificate you offered vets on Veterans Day!“
“Stopped here for a quick lunch and really enjoyed the food. From a tasty cod sandwich, delicious chicken tenders and awesome crab cakes, all was very good. We definitely will return. You have to try the dirty sodas. We even picked up a slice of Smith Island Cake to enjoy later.“
“Last night we had a fun time and great casual meal here. Three of us had smash burgers and one person had a chicken sandwich. Our toddler grandson also enjoyed his samples of our food!Everything was delicious. The burgers were some of the best we’ve had, kettle chips were scrumptious. Mixed drinks a little light on the liquor but all in all satisfying.Service was excellent and we didn’t have to wait a long time for our meals. The downstairs patio was welcoming and sheltered us from the wind on the Boardwalk.Would definitely return again.“
“Love this second local incarnation of Shottis. Not all menu options are the same as the downtown OC location, but overall delicious. This place is spacious with ample TV screens for watching seasonal sports etc and the signature surfing is on the main screen above the bar. Looking forward to a second visit in the near future.Parking: Not enough parking for size of restaurant but there is an overflow lot next door so look for that and you should be fine.“
“Visited for lunch on the beautiful first weekend of November. The food was our favorite of the weekend and the view was incredible! Our server (forget her name I’m sorry but she had glasses) was funny and friendly, great service. We got the Chesapeake burger topped with crab dip and cheese and a bacon cheeseburger. Both were cooked perfectly medium. Probably one of the best burgers I’ve had. The balsamic greens were fresh and flavorful and the fries were crispy, hot and well seasoned. After we ate, we took a walk around to the dock and it was just breathtaking. I’m sure this place gets crazy crowded in peak season but we are grateful to have experienced it in off season in the peace and calm. We are so glad to have found this place and will definitely be back.“
“Come on now! The Green Turtle in OCMD is like magic. Good stuff going on there. Have a seat and enjoy the experience. You will not be disappointed!Parking: Get on over to the Green Turtle. Dawn is the queen at the Green Turtle! She is the best!!“
“The staff were very friendly. I like how the staff seemed very close together and positive. Very fun environment that made me feel safe. I don't like when restaurants have robot staff that are very serious. Watching everyone laugh together made me happy.“
“McDonald's as most of us know is always a hit or miss, when it comes to quality. Poor food quality is usually due to staffing. However, we found ourselves quite shocked at our most recent visit! To start we were blown away by the customer service. The young lady who took our order at the drive through was extremely pleasant and well spoken. It was quite a different experience than those we've had in the past. The other ladies that worked the following windows, were just as pleasant. It is very hard to find good help these days, but that was certainly not the case at this location . To follow that, as soon as we crunched into our first fry we knew it was a good batch; hot, crunchy, and salty! Our Quarter Pounders with cheese were phenomenal. They were so juicy and hot. The buns were fresh, not dry and crumbly, which weve had in the past. Overall the experience was 10/10!We may decide to frequent this location more often, now that we know what great service they provide.“
