“Everything was fine except for the 2 workers kept us waiting while they filled to go orders and the woman finally waited on us after the line was back about 5 people and the guy working was slow working and rude. The food was good and it's convenient. We will possibly try it again sometime“

The food was good overall, but the service was inconsistent and the fries were unevenly cooked.I ordered a Dave's Double cheeseburger and a small order of fries. The burger was cooked to perfection and was juicy and flavorful. My fries were cold, but my wife's fries were so hot that she could not touch them.Overall, I had a mixed experience at Wendy's in Delaware. The Smyrna location is the best, but the inconsistent service and unevenly cooked fries were a letdown. The food was good, aside from the cold fries. If you are looking for a quick and affordable meal, Wendy's is a good option, but be prepared for a mixed bag.“

I had to wait 3 minutes for my to some pies, but they made sure my whole meal was fresh and hotParking: ♿ parking right up front that do not block the drive thru.Wheelchair accessibility: I have medical limitations and use a walker and sometimes a wheelchair. This location is convenient and accessible with either. And they handicap parking spots are huge.“
“Usually excellent at the smyrna location ion. Diverse group all down to earth but still professional as necessary for food service related regulations. It’s clean the foods good and not a long wait until the weekend when the demand on all the areas out foods are high so it’s almost always only as expected.“
“The staff was polite and patient, especially with my family of 5 changing their minds every 5 seconds. The establishment was clean, much cleaner than other rival 'fast food chains'. My picky eaters who have not dined here were pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of the chicken nuggets and flame broiled burgers. My wife is extra happy that we were able to convert our kids over to BK. Lastly, a family of 5 ordering full meals was surprisingly cheaper than other places. We will be back soon. Take my suggestion, drive the couple miles to the brand new TacoBell in front of the Walmart in Cheswold DE. It's worth it because I like Taco Bell, just not the one in Smyrna? I think putting 2 menus in the same small space might be disorienting to staff. There was another dual Taco/KFC in Dover and it doesn't do so well, if it's even still there.“
“I literally just pulled off from this kfc location 5 minutes ago and was having difficulty backing my semi tractor out of the lot. Caucasian male who I believe to be some sort of manager came outside and directed traffic and helped me out. I'm only in my first week of trucking and this was a tremendous help. “Was visiting my mother in law whom lives in Dover, came here because of the reviews. I must say, I am NOT disappointed one bit! The staff is extremely friendly! This is my new spot, had the bagel, bacon/egg and cheese, my husband had same but on toast. Delicious, the gentleman that gave us our order also gave us 2 free donuts. I am not a donut fan but these donuts were better than any I have ever tasted. The prices are extremely reasonable, walked out paying 11 dollars and some change for 2 sandwiches and a drink. Will be here everyday, until we head back home. Definitely give them a try, I guarantee you will not be disappointed!“

Hardee’s is the only fast food that I eat currently over Wendy’s/BurgerKing/McDonalds.. and this is why service is always Superior.“
