I was excited to try the new calzone stuffed crust pizza. Ordered delivery at 4:30pm, to be delivered by 6:30pm. It's 6:45pm so I call the store and Jordan advises me that they "didn't have enough drivers" to deliver my order. Instead of calling to see if I wanted to pick it up, they tried to outsource my delivery to a 3rd party company. I had to call and she tried to offer for me to pick it up. It's football Sunday and I'm under the weather, why else would I have ordered delivery?!...read full review

Ordered at 8:24pm, tracker notified at 9:14pm of delay, 9:19 preparing order, 9:24pm making order, 9:42 heading my way, delivered at 10:18pm. Didn’t receive the extra garlic sauce cups I ordered and pizza was thin crust when I ordered regular crust. This store and manager are the worse, communication is horrible.
