I ordered through Door Dash Kirkwood Highway, Wilmington De location. My bowl came half filled with barely any of the ingredients I requested, even the toppings were low. This is the second time this has happened, so seems to be a trend at this restaurant. I’ll order elsewhere.

Come here frequently and whenever the old man is there staring over the workers shoulders, don’t buy anything. He must force them to skip out on these meals. Not happy for $30 worth of meals and there’s hardly a couple bites of tuna. Better spending your money elsewhere.

When ordering I always have to ask for more scoops of veggies because they really will grab a single cucumber and think that’s fine. But for $16 I would like my bowl to be filling. This place could use some work when it comes to the staff and how they interact with customers.

I loved this place before the pandemic. I have been back twice in the last two months as I am no longer local. The food is good but the servers are unpleasant. The amount of food is paltry compared to the price. I will no longer seek this out when I am in town. I rarely write reviews but I feel strongly that someone should reevaluate what is going on at this location as it doing nothing for the brand.

Let me start by saying I love Poke Bros, I go there all the time but my usual location is on concord pike. I decided to try this location since it's close to my work, I had picked up from here before, and I had just finished horseback riding in this heat. I desperately needed food. Since I couldn't step away, I decided to order through Grubhub. I don't know if they skimped on everything and got it wrong because someone wasn't physically standing in front of them watching them make the order or what. But when it got to me it was basically half of what I'm used to getting. I shook it up and was just so disappointed at what I saw after being charged $26. Granted, some of that was Grubhubs fees but even so, over $16 dollars for this?! No way. They also included onions, which I never ever order because of a strong aversion to them. Ingredients were still fresh though, so that's the bright side, I guess. Maybe it's just because I ordered through Grubhub but either way, that's a poor way of running a business. I will never order from here again.
Im a Dasher who just experienced the absolute rudest service ever at Poke Bros ( Kirkwood hwy ).on 7/14/23.My 1st thought upon arrival was l may have found a new spot to order from pending presentation etc. That thought was counter by the poor treatment I received while there.My customer sent me a message requesting sweet and sour sauce with his food. I went back inside the restaurant and was told they didn't have any. I then asked for any sweet sauce they had and was told it would be an additional charge of 0.25 cents. When I asked to speak with the manager, the employee Amber and other employees were very rude to me and refused to give me their names. I was told that the manager was not available and that I would have to call DoorDash. It was a disappointing experience and I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.

I am not sure if the people working today are new or not but I placed an online order today. I got back to work and realized my order was wrong. So I called them and explained what was wrong with my order the person on the phone was very rude and also translating to another worker (not sure what was said). They asked me to send photos to them via text message which I did and I also add a screenshot of my order. They called me back and stated not to eat the food and bring it back to them and they would make me another one OR bring it back tomorrow. Please keep in mind I work about 35 mins. south from this Poke Bros I get a 1 Hour lunch break. This is not an acceptable way to correct a customer service problem like this. Maybe offer something that will not make the paying customer go out of the way after they just did.I ordered the Shrimp bowl with Sushi rice, edamame, sweet onion, corn, double crab sticks, ponzu, sweet soy, sriracha aioli, tempura flakes. MISSING was Sweet soy, sweet onions & tempura flakes. ADDED was this green stuff (maybe seaweed). ZERO customer service skills here. I have been to this location MULTIPLE TIMES and this is not how you treat a paying customers. Guess I will take my business elsewhere!!!One star to post!No reply needed!!
