Rice has long been our go-to place in DE for sashimi: thick cuts (as they should be), always fresh, expertly prepared. We love the wonton soup and fried rice as well, and everything we've tried from the non-sushi menu has always been a cut above. This is my go-to for soups and the occasional sushi lunch. When family is in town, we always bring them here. The staff are attentive and kind (and love kids!). The food is hot and fresh, even when I just phone in an order to-go. I've moved offices and I still try and get over at least once a month. This place is kind of a hidden gem. It's not very noticeable if you driving around to look for a place to eat. I hope they will improve on that. The dining room is spacious and very comfortable. Food was above average. The hot and sour soup was nice and hot (both temp and spiciness) and not too thick. My wife ordered the Pad Thai lunch and I ordered Lo Mein lunch with shrimps.
