I was really looking forward to the loaded sweet potato. The sweet potato itself was delish, with crispy skin. The toppings were overall fine but the chunks of unseasoned plain beyond burger was unpleasant. Would have been better either without it, or by enhancing the flavor. Partner had the « hot girl » wrap. It was tasty, if unoriginal and with room for improvement. It had plain nuggets which were kind of dry. The chickpea curry empanada was good.

Drinks are excellent . Food was terrible . If you are trying to eat healthy just order drinks they have sea moss and elderberry , the food has that fake beyond meat and is mostly bread drenched in sauce definitely NOT healthy . The register didn’t work and they were unprofessional. Black people we gotta do better

I placed an order over the phone today for a jerk cheesesteak (beef) and shortly afterward i realized i wanted to change my order to a jerk chicken cheesesteak. When i called back i was yelled at, cursed at, and hung up on THREE times. I tried to call back repeatedly being as though i was on lunch break at work and didn’t have time to place an order when i got there but i got no answer. The guy who works at this establishment does NOT represent this company well at all. The food is decent but the customer service was a -10/10!!!!!!!! I will never be back as long as he works there

10/10! I was in Delaware and this place popped up on my google search. I did takeout but the eatery has places to sit and dine in. I ordered the empanada and chopped cheese. Good portions and worth the prices. The best vegan food I’ve ordered out thus far! I’ll definitely be back….

We have eaten here several times because the food was delicious. I'm not sure what changed but the empanadas were overly seasoned and I believe the grease was old. Even the fries were bad and even after they recooked them. We will try again before ruling it out. Love the location.

The food is amazing, especially when Terrell is in the kitchen, putting heart into every dish. He's always a delight with his excellent customer service.On a night when the older white gentleman was in charge, it was a bit of a letdown. The customer service wasn't up to par, and he seemed a bit careless by not wearing gloves.

Updated review is as follows because of the food court's online ordering system confirming my order but not actually sending the order to the restaurant. The first review I left was unfair to Rooted AF and was a reflection of the food court and/or the third party online ordering system, NOT the restaurant itself. I got the slap burger, fries, beef and cheese empanada, and soft girl era drink. I didn't personally try the food because it was for someone else, but she told me it was all really good. The vegan beef was very meaty and hearty. Chipotle crema sauce in the burger was fantastic and worked so well in it. The drink was a soft girl era, which I forgot what it is, but it was also really good. Like the best lemonade you ever had, but with a really nice herbal taste to it. Terrell, the gentleman who took my order over the phone was very knowledgeable and knew all the drinks and everything off the top of his head to help me order. My girlfriend picked the food up and said he was very professional and laid back and friendly. 6/5 stars
