The food is amazing, especially when Terrell is in the kitchen, putting heart into every dish. He's always a delight with his excellent customer service.On a night when the older white gentleman was in charge, it was a bit of a letdown. The customer service wasn't up to par, and he seemed a bit careless by not wearing gloves.
Updated review is as follows because of the food court's online ordering system confirming my order but not actually sending the order to the restaurant. The first review I left was unfair to Rooted AF and was a reflection of the food court and/or the third party online ordering system, NOT the restaurant itself. 10/10! I was in Delaware and this place popped up on my google search. I did takeout but the eatery has places to sit and dine in. I ordered the empanada and chopped cheese. Good portions and worth the prices. The best vegan food I’ve ordered out thus far! I’ll definitely be back….
