We came in 2 minutes before closing to get 2 coffees. Even though the employees were probably tired and were about to close, they still gave great service and made our coffees without any problems. Thank you so much!!!!
I would give them 4 stars because service is technically fast due to not having a drive thru but I'm not always acknowledged. Smiles go a long way? Sometimes they have Uber orders ready fast sometimes they don't acknowledge it's a inconsistent experience as far as customer service as far as friendliness.I like the outdoor area they just updated to new chairs ( not as comfy) but the other ones we're falling apart. No area inside to really sit but outdoor is perfect to read a book....read full review

I think we all known about SB's...and what to expect.5 stars would should be for top notch. This is a coffee shop...not a world class dining place. But...a good coffee shop nonetheless!
