Food was typical Starbucks..no complaints there. SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE! I came in with my two grandkids as a treat and when we walked into this empty store we were trying to place our order but could not hear the cashier due to two other employees speaking so loudly to each other. I asked the cashier to repeat the selections for my 8 year old granddaughter and he spoke so fast and with a (sorry but this is truth) very gay style and he was so nasal we couldn't understand him. He was getting impatient and perturbed ...no one else was in the store. I apologized for not hearing him and even left him a $5 tip for his inconvenience. Then he forgot to make my granddaughter a sandwich. He did it but did not apologize nor call us when it was ready. It's just not worth my time and I will never return!

In Summary... New Supervisor Carly's a BIT*H ... This Sunday, I placed my mobile order like usual but 15 minutes ahead of time before leaving for work as I know they are incredibly busy on Sundays. I get there and it still hasn't been started. I noticed there's a new girl behind the counter named Carly and there was just something off about her demeanor/attitude but eh, didn't think much of it. Still, I was prepared to wait no more than 5 minutes with full understanding that it is busy. I'd come back for it once I get sent on a break (I work right across the place). I return at about 11 am and perfect! Thankfully it's still there but I go to the bathroom. A minute pass and come to find out, Daniel had JUST thrown it out. Confused, because they know it was my order there right as I walked in. "It's been here since 8 in the morning," he says. Yet no, as I placed the order at around 9 am before starting work. Nonetheless, it was a complete mistake and I understood as he apologized. He offered to remake it and I genuinely apologized but said, "do you really not mind real quick? It's just a Hazelnut Shaken Espresso with Toffeenut Syrup." He was quick about it but while doing so, this short girl CARLY comes around the corner, and butts in asking if Daniel is remaking an order. I hear Daniel saying "it was my bad." Then guess what? This new girl Carly keeps talking and complaining loudly in a gnarly tone for everyone to hear, "Oh yeah, they ALWAYS do that. And then we have to remake it for them even though they're the ones who left it sitting there. It's fine though, I'd rather have you throw it out." I have NEVER DONE THAT. I was completely shook about what I'm hearing her say with Daniel knowing I'm a foot away. I have been going to this place almost everyday for the past 2 years and know many baristas by name- new and past employees! I have been most understanding about rough days and some baristas leave little notes on my cup lid and I have a great relationship with all of them. In the meantime though, Daniel keeps looking at me as though he's apologizing on her behalf with his eyes. I grab my order without saying a word and left. I was fuming in both embarrassment and anger. Now, it's been 2 days and I really don't write negative reviews, if any. However, this doesn't sit well with me since hearing from other baristas as of yesterday, she gets quite the complaints about the same issues nor is she well liked by her peers. AND I FIND OUT SHE'S A SUPERVISOR?! How the hell-. I'm not sorry, but I hope you get a proper reprimand for this. Your behavior was beyond unprofessional as a supervisor meant to mentor peers. I get rough days, believe me- I work at a BUSY place! We're busy as hell on Sundays but Carly, you don't deserve to be there, creating a toxic environment for your fellow baristas thinking what you did (or doing) is okay. I am genuinely pissed. To add, since you feel comfortable talking badly and generalizing loudly about someone you don't even know, in front of them, I feel compelled to write this for public view. And Daniel, next time, don't feel hesitant to speak up and correct someone even if they're a supervisor, especially if you know who they are talking about. I just needed this off my chest. The one star is FOR Carly, not this Starbucks location. Every other barista is friendly and amazing. Carly just needs or needed to go, like yesterday.

It's always a pleasure to stop by for some hot drink when it's chilly outside. I made a quick order from my phone once I was in park. I walked in and went by the mobile pickup area for a minute, and it was placed down in front of me. I was like, wow, that was quick. I definitely will be back to order with such quick service.

We came in 2 minutes before closing to get 2 coffees. Even though the employees were probably tired and were about to close, they still gave great service and made our coffees without any problems. Thank you so much!!!!

I would give them 4 stars because service is technically fast due to not having a drive thru but I'm not always acknowledged. Smiles go a long way? Sometimes they have Uber orders ready fast sometimes they don't acknowledge it's a inconsistent experience as far as customer service as far as friendliness.I like the outdoor area they just updated to new chairs ( not as comfy) but the other ones we're falling apart. No area inside to really sit but outdoor is perfect to read a book. I just hate when other customers smoke but other then that it's never over crowded here.

As always, the PSL is wonderful and the people were very nice and apologetic for the wait. It was a little weird that I was the only person in line and it still took about 5 minutes for them to get my order. I thought they must've been busy in the drive thru, but... and that's the big reason for this review... there is NO DRIVE THRU. So, if you're in a hurry, maybe try a different one.

Came in to pick up a Doordash order and set there for 15 minutes the whole time my order was ready and right in front of me but not bagged, I could have been in and out if Camille would have at least acknowledged me, home girl said not one word and seen me standing there the entire time. Such poor customer service. Too many customers are dedicated to Starbucks to have this type of service. Get rid of her....
