Slim's Bar-B-Q is an amazingly friendly restaurant with great food. The meats, including chicken half, two-meat combo, sliced turkey, and brisket, are all good. The sides, such as slaw and beans, are excellent. The service is great, with tea served endlessly. The atmosphere is welcoming, with staff seeming to know regulars by name. While some dishes may need adjustments, such as the brisket's pepper level, the ribs, sliced pork, and sides are consistently on point. Overall, Slim's is a top-notch BBQ joint with outstanding service.
