We went to Cap'n Odies on a Tuesday night when we were in Jacksonville. It was a pretty quiet night and we enjoyed our time there. It just had a friendly, relaxed vibe. We met some family members there who were just stopping for a night on a longer trip. We were able to have a few drinks and talk for a few hours. Even after staying there for a few hours and having a few beers, our tab was lower than I expected. All in all, I would go back when we spend the night in the area.
Great (and cheap!) local bar. Most bartenders pour strong! They have two pool tables and two dart boards, and the games are cheap. Everyone that works there is awesome, especially Reggie. The lady and I go here several times a week. Bring quarters if you want to play games.
