This is the second time I have experienced a unpleasant service at this store in the drive thru on last week I visit used my app and was charge extra for items I didn’t order.so I told the young lady and she removed the sandwich but not the soda after I told her the correct order. Ordered FRIES, they were Cold, asked manager for HOT Fries, had to go in because the Second Order was NOT HOT! A teen, worker yelled at me because he claimed the Fries Were HOT! Absolutely Not! I left the Fries and will Never return to this McDonald’s again. Manager was apologetic, offered more but it two didn’t work, what’s with three? Can we all just get HOT FRIES?
