Probably the best McDonalds lunch we have ever had. We showed up at 11:15, lunch just started. Everything was so fresh. We waited a little bit in drive-thru for the food to come out, but it was worth it. We know the sweet spot to get lunch at this location!

Lots of employees here, tables are dirty. Food took 20 minutes and it was cold, we had to get new fries because it was cold. We nibbled one of the fries and watched them give those same fries to an Uber order lol I feel bad for the other customer that got my half eaten cold fries.

This is the second time I have experienced a unpleasant service at this store in the drive thru on last week I visit used my app and was charge extra for items I didn’t order.so I told the young lady and she removed the sandwich but not the soda after I told her the correct order. I proceeded to the second window my order still not correct so I requested for my money back.The girl with the blue hair responded well you need to come inside.I refused cause it was there area .by then the manager came to the window ask would an Apple pie instead. I accepted just to move on but still my money should have been refunded as I ask.So today 03/28/25 I stop by again 6:50 my order was place preceded to the second window the cashier with Blue Hair) same one at the second window from before told me to park in park 3 and someone will bring it out then.I noticed the first park car had gotten there order and gone .7:00 still waiting the next car park in park 4 they got there food wasn’t there 10 minutes so I called into the store the manager told me it would be right out still no food at 7:10 I go inside ask to speak with the manager which took her at less 10 minutes before she came up front which two of the cashier went to get her as I waited .keep in mind no other customers inside so it wasn’t busy I explain to her she act as if I had gotten my food I told her weSpoke on the phone and no one never came out and the service was very unprofessional.Today would be my last time coming to this location very poor customers service .
