Excellent Food, Excellent Service (Nelson + Esther.) I initially thought that this was a Chipotle 2.0, and boy am I glad that I was wrong. This is Bolay! Fresh greens, fortified black rice with a dash of coconut, tastiest and firm chicken teriyaki, lightly roasted and perfectly sweet potatoes,, with the sides of the freshest guacamole, and pickled onions. I love bolay so much and have come to this location a few times and am always impressed by the quality of the food. Today was no different as the service was good, they were quick, friendly and attentive. I got a regular bowl with half white rice and sweet potato noodles, broccoli, miso glazed tofu and topped with guacamole and garlic herb dressing.
