The people who serve are full of anger or frustration and they vent their anger when they serve the food, each time they put less quantity, they should pay them better or change the work environment because the one who pays for the broken dishes is the customer.
I don't know where the administrative management of this place is, it's 9:40 pm and there is practically nothing... there is still until 11 pm to attend and make a few transactions... they only give you rice, beans, cheese and a lemonade and that It's worth 13 dollars, I don't think so...and what else is on that plate? Very bad...I think they need new people to dedicate time to growing the business.
