Exceptional service! Great pretzels!

I was craving a pretzel so I decided to drive the 15 minutes to the mall to grab one. I went to the auntie Anne's in the food court, they also have a kiosk . I did have to wait a few minutes for my pretzel because it was still in the oven, but that was not an issue because I love when it is fresh. My pretzel was nice and warm, salted, it was perfection.. the two ladies at the counter were courteous .

Auntie Anne's offers delicious pretzels, with many customers loving their signature almond caramel dipping sauce. However, some have had less than stellar experiences. One customer was disappointed to find out the dipping sauce was unavailable, while another was refused a cup of ice water due to quality concerns. Despite the tasty pretzels and great service, a customer was put off by finding a long strand of hair in their pretzel nuggets. The atmosphere changed drastically after this discovery, although they still gave a 3-star rating. While the pretzels are flavorful and the service is good, the high price of $7.99 for pretzel nuggets may not be worth it to some.
