Omg. Just like stepping into a really great Manhattan deli. Everything is perfect. Just goooo. Enough said.

Learned a lesson from Iron Chef Michael Simon. First time in a restaurant, check out the bathrooms ... How they tend to the loo is how they likely tend to the kitchen. The bathroom was fairly disgusting, as some "dirt colored" stained apron hanging from the stall, and the floor could have used a good steam cleaning. Reminds me of a gas station out on the old Route 66. And friends, you know what they say about gas station sushi. One can only imagine the imagery if a black-light was shined thereabouts.Sitting at the counter, I had a pretty clear view of what's behind the wall. Our waitress, as pleasant as the morning dew, however didn't wear gloves, and was touching food product, her credit card machine, and everything else.Yes, I realize, this is very insider baseball talk, perhaps appealing to only a select few who agree with Simon's approach.Food was good, bagels were better than average. The best I've ever had? Er, no. Hot Illy coffee always appreciated, so points there.$18 for a lox bagel, when a pound of lox costs $18? A bit excessive for my wallet. Will I be back? Always the most important question I ask myself and others when reviewing an eatery ... Likely not, as mentioned why above.

Bought 2 dozen pumpernickel bagels and 2 potato knishes. Bagels are phenomenal. Best bagels in Boca, and anywhere else for sure. Being from New York, I grew up on bagels. These are the best. There are a few other bagel shops in Boca. None come close. Service is excellent. Matt is awesome.

Came here brunch with the family. Ordered the Works platter, bagel and nova spread. Also got extra sides of tuna. Nova spread was ok as not a lot of nova in it. Works was decent. We got it with tuna, white fish salad, potato salad and cucumber salad. We ordered a few pickles and got 2 quarter slices and was charged $1.50. We complained about the charge and she said this is what we charge since not on the menu. Pickles is a mainstay at deli's like chips and salsa at a Mexican restaurant. The waitress took it off the bill but to avoid getting customers upset either include the pickles or put it on the Menu. Ambiance here is typical for a deli and expect lines on the weekend.

First time in Bagel Works this morning, and I got the best customer service I've seen anywhere in a looong time. The young man who took my order took such care in making sure I got exactly what I wanted without rushing me. Filled the order to my specifications and helped me through the process of paying and made me not feel obligated to tip (I did anyway). I didn't get his name, but I'll be back, and I'll definitely get his name.

Had this vegetable Omelette today at Bagel Works. Service was great and food arrived hot and quickly. I'd highly recommend this deli.

Food is fairly consistent but pricing has gotten out of control. Come here if you want to pay $60 pound for Nova. More than filet mignon at most places.

If you are in the Boca area, this place makes some really good bagels. They also sell other treats like babka. Service was fast and efficient. I got take out but the dining area looked comfortable. I would go back

Imagine the shock of walking into what you expect to be a normal suburban strip mall chain store bagel shop but all of a sudden you feel like you've been dropped into a busy Manhattan New York deli. Line out the door. Chaos and excitement with the heavy waft of baked onion, fresh pumpernickel and sliced lox in the air. An abnormal number of large crowded tables for an unremarkable Monday morning. Once I figured out there is a take out line and a dine-in line, we were seated almost immediately. With a drip coffee, I ordered a sesame bagel with nova spread (not lox, which is technically much saltier), and Carnegie brand corned beef hash with two hard scrambled eggs, and a cup of grits. All good - tasty and hearty. To top it off, the server hooked me up with a scoop of their self-proclaimed "legendary" tuna salad. Finely mixed with soft buttery consistency and a wonderful tuna flavor (if that's your thing). Bonus points to the server who also got me a bag of ice to keep the leftover tuna from spoiling in my car. Definite must stop for authentic Jewish deli fans. That's all...

Just order a takeout pastrami sandwich that I threw in the garbage I've had sandwiches here before that have been very good today horrible It was made with fatty grizzly pastrami, and I watched him put in the microwave, so it was so it was very dried out- and inedible! It'll be a while before I come back if I come back ...,
