This Dunkin location was ridiculous, never have I ever had to wait almost a half hour to even order my food and then receive it. There was two people behind the counter but only one person really working, the other girl just stood there when other people needed to be served. Terrible location that I’m never going back to again.

Service absolutely sucked there were only 2 employees there and only one of the was working the other one was just standing there like a dud and looking lost. Had to wait about 20 minutes just to order and and then another 10 - 15 to get the food. The employee that was just standing there and not working had her daughter at work with her I guess I didn't know it was bring your kid to work day but she was screaming in the Dunkin while people were trying to eat and order and nothing was done about it. Worst Dunkin I've ever been to just go somewhere else.

The MOST RACIST place to have near my complex. I literally thought moving into the complex literally next door to this place would be very convenient but OH NO. The owners are beyond rude. They wouldn’t even sell me a cup of shaved ice (after they’d already been selling it to me along with a donut box here and there) I buy the ice to help calm my anxiety as well as enjoy a nice donut while taking in my new surroundings. But this place reeks prejudice. They hired a beautiful black girl and she’s about the only level headed worker there. This place needs to shut down or get new owners. It’s a prime location but they treat it like it’s the head parlor of NO BLACKS ALOUD but for the sake of not looking racist we just won’t serve you ice when no one’s around to see how we truly feel. ICE… freakin ICE. That I’m willing to pay extra for smh.

The full time employee is very disrespectful and be looks like she hates her job. I did not even get greeted and she was smoking a cigarette right before handling my food and drink. One of the worst services I ever had in my entire life. I was embarrassed to even see someone just stare at me when they’re in front of the register. I have seen her work multiple times and I would fire her for some of the acts she committed. Especially not washing her hands after smoking and being outside in the MIDDLE Of service. There was no respect on her part and she even looked away while taking my order and handing me the receipt. She was very rude and made me super uncomfortable.
FYI if I stop to buy coffee and you don’t have a working restroom, I’m going elsewhere and I’m not buying my coffee from you. Just to let you know.

Manager is rude and treats patrons horribly!Service is the worst of any DD I've ever been to. The only reason this place stays open is because of the construction going on across the street and the apartment complex next-door. Otherwise I'm sure no one would go to this place, don't believe me. Try it and see for yourself.

Received an email from Dunkin' Donuts for free ice tea. Owner said I had to purchase online and it would be refunded. It wasn't. Owner shrugged his shoulders. We'll be going to the one in Deerfield from now on.
