They always mess up the order no matter how clear you are or how simple the order, i dont think theyre mistskesz they just dont care, staff are always incredibly rude. I worked in ff so I get it, but I don't want to patronize a place where the workers clearly despise being made to do their job and Blame you for it.

Kudos to the (new ?) Dunkin staff and management at Yamato. Not sure if this franchise is under new management, but the food, coffee and efficient customer service is consistently great. Previous management was lacking in all categories. Hard working staff preparing fresh hot sandwiches and beverages which in other Dunkins have been disappointing. Everything here in my experience has been fresh and satisfying. Hope they can keep it up.

They are just rude! I had a mobile order but unfortunately had to leave because there line was almost on the street. I came back a hour late and told her my name for the order and that it was a mobile order. She rudely asked "WHAT COFFEE?" I informed the drive thru rep that it was a latte and told her exactly what was in it. At the window, the lady gave me a coffee and regular bacon and I told her it was supposed to be a latte and maple sugar bacon. She ROLLED HER EYES and snatched the coffee back. I told her that this location ALWAYS has a attitude. The rolling of the eyes continued. Moral of the story, I'm definitely not coming back. This location always has a attitude and if they can't hear you they are like "WHAT????".

This location is horrible! Do yourself a favor and go to any of the other surrounding locations. The staff is extremely rude and consistently messes up orders. The orders from my last three visits were all incorrect. If you bring it to their attention, they roll their eyes, snatch things out of your hands, and mumble under their breath.I ordered an iced latte with milk. They gave me a cup of milk with a thick layer of sugar on the bottom and no espresso. When I asked about the drink, the lady loudly sighed and said, "That's what you ordered, ma'am, so you're good to go." I explained that I ordered a latte with only milk. She snatched the drink out of my hand and looked at the ticket. When she realized I did order a latte, she rolled her eyes again and walked away. She eventually came back with a drink that was still all milk and said, "That's how it is here." When she handed me my food order, I noticed items were missing. When I tried to mention it, she yelled, "HUH?!" I tried to explain to her that not only did I have items missing from my bag, but there were extra items I did not pay for. She said, "No, ma'am, that's what you ordered." She then snatched the bag out of my hand and started rummaging through the bag, opening all the items, then took all the items I did not pay for out of the bag. She then threw the bag back at me. I said, "I still have items missing." She said, "Let me see the ticket again," then snatched the bag out of my hand again and walked away. The missing items were sitting on the counter. She picked them up, threw them in the bag, and then rudely gave me the bag and turned away from me.I wouldn't even give this location 1 star.
