Me and my wife came to the Delray Beach area for our honey and quickly looked for a quick bite to eat after swimming in the beach. We found this spot by pure coincidence and we are lucky we had. This is the best Italian bakery I have ever been too. Mind you, we are from Washington DC. In this day and age of fast everything it has been like finding hidden treasure. Real delicious handmade pastries... just wonderful. I do not know how to explain the tastebud explosion of freshly made pastries light delicate with sprinkling of powder sugar, fillings that are fruit filled. You can taste the lack of shortcuts. Figured after all the amazing reviews I had to try this place. Greeted as soon as I walked in, the pastries and croissants were huge! I chose to go with the Parma Prosciutto on a fresh croissant. The gentleman actually takes pride in his art, not a thrown together sandwich like you usually get. The best I can say is you have to go and experience this bakery. I believe in supporting small businesses.
