My partner and I order almost every week, and the last few months have been so disappointing. Between fully not including items in our orders, a brownie with raw dough in the module, an employee gaslighting us on the phone about how they put completely wrong items together, and now just weird mistakes? We’re done ordering here. The customer service is lacking and I’m tired of spending money only to have our orders incorrect and not replaced or refunded.

Went in and purchased 2 cookies. Cookies were good, not outstanding. Parking is a major issue. I was there at a “off time” I don’t imagine I would go there again and fight to park for a 5 minutes take out.
