MOCHA FRAPPE drink now less than half the size at $6.50! Also, if you buy one tell them to hold the ice! How about spending $40 & being told you can't have barbecue sauce because its only for chicken orders. Buh bye 441 store. Other store aren't like you... yet. And all food was luke warm, needing reheating.Unacceptable.
The food quality is sometimes lacking And it's Frustrating To see a place that claims there are twenty four hours but Are never Actually open twenty four hours. While I can't Complain about the Quality customer service experience I do I have serious complaints about the quality of food being made in the back between the sogggy fries or hard ones. I wish I could give the meal a rating, but I was not given any. I waited in line for 17 minutes at the drive-through before turning around and asking Priscilla if I could place my order through the window. She informed me no, I had to wait in line. She gave me a terrible attitude and replied, "Well, what do you want?" rolling her eyes after I told her I had already waited in line. That was the end of it. Appalling customer support.
