This is the last straw. Terrible food, terrible service, with only a few exceptions, terrible staff, and now, while in the drive thru, I asked if they were serving lunch yet because the big board was blank, and was given an attitude, and told "the lunch menu is up isn't it?", to which I replied "no, can you please answer the question?" The response was to yell at me, telling me to read what the board says. I screamed at the idiot that the board was blank and to just say yes or no. Since you hired a useless idiot, I ended up having to leave and drive 3 more miles to the next nearest McDonald's. I am a DAILY CUSTOMER!! How DARE you hire someone who treats their customers like that?!? This entire location needs to be shut down, the manager is obviously not capable of doing their job.

Night shift is horrific , 20 mins for a burger. I live near here and as someone else said they need to fire everyone and start over . How can I get a burger in 5 mins in the morning but near half an hour at night. Such incompetence lol.

I know this review isn’t gonna change the fact the the employees arent paying attention to what they are giving the customers. To start I said thank you for my order when handed it and the lady looked at me like I did something wrong, didn’t pay much mine to that but then I get home and realized nothing was right. I paid for the 40nuggets and 2 large fries deal also got a big Mac only got my nuggets and ketchup, I asked for BBQ sauce also but the fact that I only got 1 thing I ordered and it wasn’t even the complete order is crazy to me. I never thought I’d have to check my order at McDonald’s but guess from now on I’ll have to check my bag before leaving the window.

Every time I go to this place I have a horrible experience last night I ordered food and paid waited over 30 minutes and finally asked where my order was and the cashier never put it in I'm done with this place!!!
The wait is too long to buy a fast food for a hamburger, you wait in the drive thru for like 20 minutes or more.

I wish I could give the meal a rating, but I was not given any. I waited in line for 17 minutes at the drive-through before turning around and asking Priscilla if I could place my order through the window. She informed me no, I had to wait in line. She gave me a terrible attitude and replied, "Well, what do you want?" rolling her eyes after I told her I had already waited in line. That was the end of it. Appalling customer support.
