Nearing the end of our tyrannical trek, which took us from Big pine key through Miami, with a pot stop here in South West Naples, we finally saw it golden arches shining, the Shell McDonald's. As we pulled up in our caravan of wery travelers returning from a Marine Biology pilgrimage, we were greeted by the unmistakable sound of farm animals. Other than that it's just a McDonald's.

stopped in to get a shake and mcflury on a Saturday night we sat in the drive-through for way longer than I pry should've. I should've cut my losses right then and there, knowing that if they left me there for 10 minutes waiting to get my order taken, it was gonna be a joke I pulled around to the window and they asked which order was mine because they had taken the orders on 3 other cars that came in after me in the other lane. when I told them i hadn't placed my order yet because they left me hanging the girl in the window, got pretty rude and asked my order. from what I could see from the pick up window the kitchen looked like a train wreck they made my shake and then the MANAGER made my wife's mcflury by filling the cup with soft serve and dumping the oreo's on top. never bothered to mix it, just handed it out the window. Honestly, if we're the store manager, I would remove the whole crew. What a horrible experience! I will never go back.I would give them 0 stars if I could

this has to be one of the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been inside of and the customer service is subpar a bunch of kids who don't care about their job much and just slap stuff together and take people's money constantly making mistakes my orders have been messed up here many of times over the years do not recommend this as a good family McDonald's and you shouldn't be feeding your kids McDonald's anyways just saying I only buy milkshakes anymore and sometimes an iced tea from McDonald's I do not eat their burgers or chicken liquid chicken that is. good luck I hope you have a better experience than Ive had?

We recently had a fantastic experience at this McDonald's within a gas station. The staff member efficiently took our order, ensuring that the line kept moving smoothly. The food was cooked perfectly and the staff remained cheerful, despite the busy atmosphere. The exceptional service we received is consistent with the high standard we have come to expect from McDonald's locations. Horrible people gave me a hard sandwich said it was extra crispy rolled their eyes when I asked for a different sandwich the inside of the meat was hard not the outside so how was it extra crispy. Always give you an attitude and just feels like they wanna kill you or kick you out never going there again horrible
