I went to the flea market this Saturday for the first time with my kids. We went to Rey’s Island grill for lunch let me tell you we had the BEST shrimp tacos ever!! I have been to high end restaurants and had shrimp tacos and they can’t touch ray’s tacos. The sauce he uses is out of this word the tacos are full of flavor Highly recommend it. Can’t wait to try other tasty foods on the menu.

The food was amazing and the service was very friendly. Jenny and Chef Darion took great care of us and went the second mile to provide us with the best food. They managed to do us under the busy stress. We tried the burger (fresh never frozen, which was super juicy) and their grouper fish. Their fries have a great seasoning. Would recommend to anyone.

Poor service, yelling and screaming, ringing bells, and lots of foul language. I was shocked with my kids there what was said.

This is going to be my favorite Greek cafe/restaurant from now on, service was amazing , food was fabulous, and affordable, inside of the flamingo flea market so is indoor , we ordered a couple of gyros and their were great, I will highly recommended this place.

Rey's food is delicious and the portions are very generous. The omelet is priced very reasonable and I have always had to ask for a take home box. The hamburgers are so juicy and the strawberry mango smoothie are a must. The staff is very cordial and always have a smile. I will really miss his food and staff when my season ends here. Ordered a grouper basket that comes with coleslaw and island fries for $11. The island fries are fresh thick cut potatoes wedges and fried once so it's a little on the softer side. Okay with me as you can taste the potato and not chemicals. And a fresh coconut drink for $6. Absolutely refreshing. So friendly. Will be back!

Best home-cooked style food! Husband & wife owners are friendly, customer service is excellent, & it’s a family business, with the assistance of owners’ 3 sons. My go to at Flamingo Flea!

Another five star review for Greek Island Grille! Had the gyro for breakfast. Generous portion of gyro meat off the spit, homemade tzatziki and fluffy, fresh pita. Husband had traditional American breakfast and it was HUGE. One thing to keep in mind is that this is not a traditional restaurant setup so drinks are all bottled. Definitely worth the $20 for 2 meals that kept us full for 10 hours. Always friendly service and if you sit at the counter, you can see the delicious options being offered up for the rest of the day. First time, a huge tray of moussaka was going in the oven and yesterday, baklava. Too bad they're only open fri- sun during market hours!

Local to the area and seeking good greek food - yelp steered me to this venue located in a flea market. The only drawback is that the market is only open F-Sun. ;-) Gyro meat on the spit, baklava being prepped in the kitchen, friendly atmosphere and laid back owners. If you're looking for good, authentic greek food in a rather sparse area for good ethnic eats, give Greek Island a try. Won't regret it. Delicious tzatziki, fresh pita, healthy portion of gyro meat. Husband had traditional american breakfast and had a difficult time finishing. Everything is cooked to order. Tip: there's no soda drink fountain as this is not a traditional restaurant set-up so don't expect tap water or un-bottled soda. Price does reflect this but we were absolutely stuffed and paid $20 including tip.

Excellent value for the money. Greek salad for $8. Most important thing to note is that you have to go into the flea market to find this restaurant. It's located in the southwest corner, in the blue aisle.
