“I am a regular customer at Scoops and have been coming here since they opened in May. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. They put a lot of money and thought when they set up the store. It is one of the nicest ice cream stores I have visited. They offer a good selection of ice cream, and have added home baked products. Service is excellent! The place is immaculate! I was shocked to hear negative stories about the owners because they are Palestinian! They have been very friendly and very welcoming and we should be too! I am there at least once a week and have never experienced or seen any negative behavior. Let’s welcome them properly to our community. I wish them much success. Barry A.”

We started with the Greta salad: the lettuce was fresh and the cucumbers, olives, and cheese were amazing. the dressing was flavorful and it was light and fresh. The margherita pizza was awesome. The crust was extremely crispy and thin and the cheese was perfect too. The basil and tomato sauce finished off the flavor to make this a positive experience. We had the Nutella Pizza and it was the most amazing treat; nutella and an excellent crust that we have never tasted before! We both had the corn chowder with crab and the double cold water lobster tails. The chowder was a bit spicy but delicious and the lobster was cooked to perfection. Our waitress was very attentive, got the drinks and food out to us quickly, and when I told her it was our anniversary, she gave us a bowl of ice cream and some chocolate chip cookies "on the house". Overall, a very good experience.”

“Great BBQ and equally great sides are here at this roadside stop. I drove down to the corner spot back in December where I met Michael who is the owner/pitmaster. I had the excellent brisket (tender, great bark & smoke ring), which was served with coleslaw and added collard greens that he wanted me to try. As mentioned, the brisket was outstanding. The coleslaw was crisp, fresh, and had a perfect balance of mayo and vinegar. The collards were so flavorful, the best I've ever had. The hours are limited, but more than worth making time for a stop, just make sure to get there early.”

Their cappuccinos are flawlessly pulled and you know that you’re having a greatest espresso when you head to common grounds. staff is always super friendly drinks are delicious. Food is pretty good if you need something and there’s plenty of space to work and they give you free water just like any good espresso bar should I go there when I’m in Boynton probably four times a week I really love it And I am a Coffee Snob”

The menu itself needs to be better designed and organized as we found it confusing and overwhelming. The paper menu we requested would have helped more if it reflected the actual menu more accurately but there were other issues. For example, it said we could select one base, but we couldn’t find what was deemed to be a base explained anywhere on the menu. Some things were premium, but that too was obscure, so while you can substitute items from the preset menu offerings, it wasn’t clear what you could substitute without extra cost or what category the item fell into.

A wonderful worker, Sarah, noting our difficulties, came over and was incredibly helpful, explaining the menu and even taking our order from the table. Thanks to her and the food actually being very good, we had a great lunch! We will be back, and hope either improvements are made to the menu organization or that Sarah is there to help us. Or I could just order the chicken avocado salad with tzatziki dressing instead of balsamic and roasted cauliflower instead of jammy eggs again.”

'The Bowl' is the trendy thing now, but for this great food, it'd be better if it were separated. I lived in Syria and Dubai for 8 years and had plenty of authentic Arabic food, and this restaurant had the flavors.”

The manager sees that we come there quite often so he’s upgraded us several times to feast meals without telling us or charging any extra money. The couple of times they we’re running late, they gave us free drinks and extra food. They are busy but they are friendly and know how to treat customers. If you have an issue, speak to them professionally and they’ll rectify it. They have tasty food at very reasonable prices and excellent customer service! My husband always gets their Classic Meatloaf with fries and mashed potatoes — his absolute favorite. I usually go for the Big Easy Steak & Shrimp with fries and either coleslaw or broccoli. I’ve also tried the New York Strip, the Steak & Shrimp Combo, and the Slow Braised Pot Roast — all delicious. I love my steak well done, and with Cholula and Tabasco it becomes perfectly saucy and spicy, just the way I like it. And of course, we never skip dessert — the Cinnamon Roll Skillet is a must-try. So warm, sweet, and yum yum yum! Always a great experience for both of us.”
